Is there a limit to how many reports I can generate?

The ReportXport Pro Package allows the user to generate up to 30 reports daily. The report credits are refreshed at midnight GMT. You can track the amount of generation credits you have and when they will be replenished in app.

How do I use ReportXport?

Please direct yourself to the user guide located at the bottom of this webpage. Alternatively you can access the user guide and the tutorial video in app. It is located in your settings menu.

Can I try the app before purchasing?

Yes! We offer a free 7 day trial available to everyone. Simply download the app and subscribe to start the trial. You may cancel before the billing period starts.

What platforms is ReportXport available on?

ReportXport is currently available for iOS. Support for Android and web is coming soon.

Is my data safe and private?

Absolutely. ReportXport is fully GDPR-compliant. Your data is never stored without your consent, and everything is processed securely. You control what stays on your device.

Can I customize how my reports are formatted?

Yes. With our built-in AI trainer, you can paste in a sample report, and the app will learn your preferred layout, tone, and structure.

Who is ReportXport designed for?

It’s built for professionals like mentors, therapists, teachers, and anyone who needs to generate structured reports quickly and accurately.

What languages does ReportXport support?

Currently, ReportXport supports English. Support for additional languages is in development

What happens if I exceed my daily report limit?

Your generation limit resets at midnight GMT. If you hit your limit, you’ll need to wait until the next day or upgrade your plan if you're on the free version.

Can I use ReportXport offline?

At the moment, an internet connection is required for AI processing. Offline mode is being considered for future updates.
